THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
At Navare we have a dedicated management team of IT professionals, Sales, and Logistics experts with a combined experience of over 100 years. The team can draw experience from their backgrounds in software architecture development, IT infrastructure and project management in the transport and logistics industry.
We continue to seek better ways to manage freight and to this end, we have invested heavily in our research and development programme. This investment has resulted in the design and deployment of our premier system products: NavOne and NavScan to the global market.
Santosh Joseph
Managing Director
Navare Solutions is the brainchild of Santosh Joseph. He is a software developer and architect, whom has over 23 years of experience in the IT sector. With strong family roots in the transport industry, he is extremely passionate about the continuous development of logistics technology. Having worked in the Middle East, Europe and New Zealand, he has gained extensive experience across a wide range of industries - Transport and Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail, Insurance and Finance.
As a computer ‘whiz’, he is always looking to keep informed and upskilled to stay ahead in the game. His discipline and work ethic fosters a team culture of excellence.
Somy Mathew
Delivery Head
As Head of Delivery, Somy’s priority is to deliver the best in class using his technically advanced team. He possesses strong inter-personal communication skills which he uses effectively to manage his team, whilst also implementing best practice, training and budget control.
He has over 20 years of IT experience with expertise across a broad range of technologies and domains - Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics and ERP to name a few. His international exposure working for market leaders like Hewlett Packard and Tesco gives him expansive cultural and professional adaptability.
Vaishak Ramakrishnan Nair
Head of Sales & Partnerships
A consummate sales specialist with strong people skills, he is the lead in developing the core of our business - our customers. Having worked in logistics in both Singapore and Dubai, his exposure to the real time industry demands, plays a key factor in connecting with our customer base.
The dynamic link between logistics and technology is what attracted Vaishak to Navare. He is both practical and intuitive, making it a combination to value. Through his understanding of our customers’ requirements, he can communicate their data trends and insights to the tech team. This allows Navare to accurately tailor its systems to meet the customer’s needs.
